Free and easy returns

We operate a super simple and free returns process. Within 30 days of receiving your purchase:

1. Notify us of your return via email at returns@hoppingbunniesuk.com

2. We will check a few details with you to confirm the return can proceed. 

3. Once confirmed, place the item in the green compostable returns bag provided within your order, or another suitable package.

3. We will notify you with the time you can expect the driver to collect the item from your home, usually within 48 hours. They'll bring the label!

4. Wait to hear from us about your refund. We aim to process refunds within 10 days of receiving and checking returned items.
